Case studyPopeyes runs 600+ screens in 90+ stores across three countries on OmmaSign.
Popeyes has been on OmmaSign since October 2025. The screens carry the menuboards above the counter in every store, on LG and Samsung players, and the whole chain plays from one playlist.

A row of screens, read as one menu.
Popeyes runs 90+ stores in three countries. In each one, the menu runs across a row of screens above the counter.
Running all of them from one place meant solving three problems:

What had to be solved
- 1
The row has to move together
Customers read the boards left to right as one menu. When a promotion starts, every screen in the row has to change at the same moment.
- 2
Each country has its own prices
Prices and currency change from one country to the next, and some promotions run in one city only. A board should show the offer and the price for its own store.
- 3
The screen team is far from the stores
Store staff don't watch the screens. A screen that stops working has to reach the central team without anyone in the store reporting it.
One playlist for the chain, played as one wall per row.
OmmaSign runs on the LG and Samsung players in every store. The chain has one playlist, and each screen plays the part of it meant for its store.

How OmmaSign delivered
- 1
Synchronized videowalls
Each row of menuboards plays as one wall. A promotion can run across all the screens at once before the row goes back to separate menu panels.
- 2
Playlist filtering
Any item in the playlist can be limited to certain stores. The Saudi menu, priced in riyals, plays only in Saudi stores, and a local promotion plays only where it runs.
- 3
An offline alarm that knows the timers
The alarm reads each screen's on/off timer, so a screen switched off after closing isn't counted as offline. When a screen is down for more than a day outside its scheduled hours, the screen team gets an email.
90+ stores on one playlist.
Live since October 2025, 600+ screens in three countries play from the same playlist, each with the prices for its own store.

The outcomes
- 1
Local prices on every board
Each store shows prices in its own currency. The team keeps one playlist for the chain instead of one per country.
- 2
Promotions across the whole row
A new offer can take over a full row of menuboards, then hand the screens back to the menu.
- 3
Emails only for screens that need a visit
Scheduled off-hours never trigger the alarm. When the team gets an email, the screen has been down for a day and someone needs to go to the store.
600+ screens in 90+ Popeyes stores across three countries, all playing from one playlist.
