Case studyTAV Airports has run OmmaSign at three airports since 2021.
OmmaSign went live at Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas-Bodrum in March 2021. The terminal screens show commercial content and wayfinding. Each airport has its own playlists, and all three are managed in OmmaSign.

Terminal screens in three cities.
TAV Airports operates 15 airports and served 113 million passengers in 2025. In Turkey, its terminals in Ankara, İzmir and Bodrum run OmmaSign.
Running commercial and wayfinding screens at all three raised these problems:

What had to be solved
- 1
Different content for each airport
The advertisers and passengers at Ankara are not the ones at Bodrum, so one playlist for all three airports would not work.
- 2
Screens that cannot go dark
A blank screen in a departures hall loses advertising time and leaves passengers without directions. Someone has to hear about it before the passengers do.
- 3
Two kinds of hardware
The terminals run an LG webOS player alongside Samsung Tizen displays in three sizes, and both have to play the same content.
One platform, with playlists for each airport.
OmmaSign runs on both player platforms in the terminals, and each airport gets its own content.

How OmmaSign delivered
- 1
LG webOS and Samsung Tizen, side by side
The OmmaSign player runs on LG webOS Signage 4 and on Samsung's QM series under Tizen 7.0, in 50″, 65″ and 85″ sizes. The same content plays on all of them.
- 2
Playlists and schedules per airport
Ankara, İzmir and Bodrum each run their own playlists. Commercial campaigns are scheduled by date and time of day, and wayfinding content plays on the same screens.
- 3
Offline alarms by email
Remote monitoring shows the status of every screen. If one stays offline longer than the limit TAV sets, OmmaSign emails the person responsible for it.
5+ years in production, across three cities.
TAV has run OmmaSign at all three airports since March 2021.

The outcomes
- 1
Chosen for reliability
TAV chose OmmaSign for its reliability in 2021, and it still runs the screens at all three airports.
- 2
Dark screens get reported
When a screen goes offline, the person responsible gets an email. Nobody has to spot it on the terminal floor first.
- 3
Each airport on its own schedule
A campaign change at one airport goes live there and leaves the other two as they were.
Three airports in three cities, on OmmaSign since March 2021.
